PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
Return Policy
Before you return an item, you must contact customer service at customerservice@wideleftwear.com to receive a Returned Item Authorization Number. Any returns received without this number will be returned to the customer. Once you receive your Authorization Number, the shirt must be returned UNWORN and UNWASHED. Notification of intent to return an item within 7 calendar days of the placement of your order will result in a full-refund, minus shipping costs. Items returned within 30 days are eligible for store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of items back to Wide Left Wear.
Product Disclosure
At this time, Wide Left Wear does not offer products licensed by the CLC, the official licensing company of the NCAA. Wide Left Wear's products are not meant to compete with any licensed products currently being offered by any other companies. As such, Wide Left Wear does not use logos or mascots that are not expressly owned by Wide Left Wear. The colors of some shirts may vary slightly from other licensed products, as Wide Left Wear does not wish to infringe upon the licensed coordination of certain colors. Products of Wide Left Wear are for entertainment purposes only, and no affilation is implied or present with any other organization.
Idea Submission
Any ideas submitted to Wide Left Wear from any outside source become the express property of Wide Left Wear and any claims to ownership by any party other than Wide Left Wear will not be honored. Any submitted ideas and/or images may be used promotionally or sold for profit by Wide Left Wear. No fees or commissions will be paid for any idea submitted. If an idea is used on a product offered for sale to the general public, the submitting entity will be entitled to (1) free in-stock shirt of their choosing (maximum value $19.99).
